My very terrifying Friday night

Ok so Friday night was HORRIBLE! The night started out perfectly fine, I kept my nephew Lucas and we were home alone playing and having fun! Everything was GREAT! At about 10 we decided to head to bead and after some tossin and turnin I finally fell asleep about 12:30. About and hour or so later I was awakened by my dogs going crazy and barking their heads off at something, as well as the dogs across the street barking too, so I looked out my bedroom window to see what the big commotion was and never in a million years did I think I would see what I saw. When I looked out my window I saw a man walking towards our front door so immedietly I grabbed my phone and called the cops and started heading to the back door to let my chow in the house because I knew she wouldn't let anything happen to either Lucas or myself. After a little while I figured he and I were safe because the man never tried to get into the house, come to find out I think he was just taking a walk, but why the heck was he doing it within inches from my bedroom window??? The only reason I think he was just taking a walk is because I saw him on the front porch behind our house and recognized him as the kid about 20 years old who lives there. He was outside arguing with the lady that lives there, Im not sure if this is his wife or him mom?? Anyways after I got off the phone with the cops I called my mom and she came over because I was determined I wasn't going to stay there the rest of the night because I was SCARED!! Anyways the cops were out in our neighborhood for awhile and mom and I watched all the action going on behind us and we decided to stay at the house that way we didn't have to wake lucas. She ended up going to bed, however I couldn't sleep, there was still to much goin on. After the cops left his house, he got into his truck and started revin the engine and peeling out in the street I guess he was trying to get the ladies attention, but instead he ended up getting the cops called on him again by one of the other neighbors. When the cops finally got back out there they talked to he and the lady for about 30 minutes and they finally got everything solved by 5am and I went to bed after that. I still don't know whether the guy was thinking about breaking in, but thank god he didn't, eventhough I had a minor heartattack. LOL
